微軟（Microsoft）宣布 Windows 10 Mobile 作業系統的智慧型手機，在 2019 年 12 月 10 日之後將不再獲得任何安全性更新。
微軟早在 2018 年初就表示不再釋出重點版本更新，只會針對安全性推出安全性修正；不過，稍早官方表示可升級至 1709 版本的 Windows 10 Mobile 機型，在 2019 年 12 月 10 日之後就不會再獲得任何更新，而搭載 1703 版本的 Lumia 640 和 640 XL 等機型，則能取得 6 月 11 日以前的更新檔案，正式終結 Windows 10 Mobile 作業系統手機。
微軟建議，Windows 10 Mobile 手機用戶可以轉用 Android 或 iOS 作業系統，雖然應用程式可能仍會支援，但之後就沒有任何安全性等系統更新了！
